A database of 106 dishes from around the world. Every plate tells a story of culture, history, and human ingenuity.

Each dish page lists where the dish comes from, the year or era it first appeared, its key ingredients and a short history covering who created it and how it spread. The collection spans 60 origins, from Italian pizza and Japanese sushi to Ethiopian injera and Peruvian ceviche.
