About Bibimbap

Means mixed rice in Korean. Served in a hot stone bowl that crisps the bottom rice. The gochujang chili paste ties everything together. Traditionally a way to use up leftover banchan. Jeonju is the bibimbap capital of Korea. Dolsot bibimbap with the crispy rice is the superior version.
